Hey @OsamuDazai, I'm with the Figment team (recently renamed illuae). You can find the game at www.figment.pet — it's in closed alpha right now but you can enter for a $5 pledge on Patreon, or just stick around the Discord where folks are likely to give you a free alpha key. :) It's a dog and cat breeding game but, unlike any other petsite, the pets are all individually hand-drawn and uniquely colored, so when you breed pets an artist is actually designing a creative mesh of your two characters. We call these 'customs.' You could call us a mesh between Aywas, (classic) Neopets, and the old breedable/changing pets forum on GaiaOnline. The inspiration behind Figment comes from the glory days of Neopets, in a time of complex and emotional storytelling within early petsites. The goal is to reward creativity and foster a robust written/art community with frequent roleplay events and creative contests. Also.... yes, I'm totally biased, but I LOVE the game art. @OsamuDazai [url=https://www.eliyo.net/ref=frt_1]Eliyo[/url] is similar to Flight Rising and Pokemon with a heavy emphasis on breeding and battling along with aiming to be more immersive with multiple poses for each pet depending on their mood and different textual responses when you visit them depending on their mood, personality, and relationship to you. There is still a lot more development planned as well, as even though it's been open to the public for a while it's still in beta. Free to play. @OsamuDazai if you like Pokemon I recommend GPXPlus. The URL is https://gpx.plus/main. It is really interesting. It's all sprite based, you can collect every pokemon in the dex, including every form. as well as a lot of non-cannon ones such as ones that were in the anime or ones the staff create. You can battle other players and there is a very active forum as well.

I just found one called Celestial Equine that has a lot of potential! I can't say much about it yet as I only joined a few days ago but it's been fun so far!

Keep an eye on Dappervolk! Its launching in May ^^ It was fun when I played during its Beta opening.

Neopets has a looooooot of problems, but I love the old nostalgic feel it has. Probably because it hasn't been updated fully since, like, 2010.
