You all have seen that one anime. The one that nobody knows about, but it's literally amazing.
Which show is it?

Dororo!
Main character can't see, smell, hear, or feel pain/touch. They also have prosthetic limbs.
You'd consider this a hindrance, but this guy can destroy SOOOO many demons.
The series is pretty dark though, and the entire thing is one big mood. Lots of emotions, I cried like 5 times... in one episode...
Dennou Coil.
Without a doubt.

UK time. Sorry for timezone-related delays in responses. They/Them.
Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet!
It’s still one of the only shows ever to throw me for a loop with the plot twist reveal, and continue to fascinate me and entertain me every rewatch. It’s so cool seeing all the hints to the big reveal throughout the show after the first watch.
No one I’ve recommended it to ever watched more than the first ep, it’d be nice to finally talk to someone about it but that’s ok!! More for me to enjoy I guess [emoji=spiral tongue size=1]

Gotta say it's Monster. It's 74 episodes, but the cliffhangers, mang, had me just going bonkers for more. Watching one-to-two episodes a week when it aired on Adult Swim was torture, but so worth it in the end.

Space Battleship Yamato, which was released in the US as Star Blazers. I've met people that have heard of it, but it seems like I'm the only person in the US who actually watched it.
One of the things that awesome about it is all the many times when watching Star Blazers that characters go hang out with the doctor to drink "spring water" because you cannot have characters drinking saki in a cartoon.

Wolf's Rain. Post apocalyptical struggle for a group of wolves disguised as humans trying to, and failing, to find paradise as the world collapses around them. Really struck a cord when I was a kid because it was so...depressing? 10/10 recommend.
Trigun is another GREAT one that I think doesn't get nearly enough credit or love!

I've actually heard of Dororo! a few times. I might add it to my watchlist ^o^
I'm not sure if this show is underrated because it won Crunchyroll Anime of the Year, but Made in Abyss is certainly worth the watch!

Princess Tutu! It's kind of a proto Madoka Magica, I kind of think it might have been an inspiration. I love it a lot and no one knows about it.

Pompoko from Ghibli, it doesn't get nearly as much love as other Ghibli movies, and it seems to be one of the least watched ones as well.
xxxHolic. There's several other yokai-related shows that get a lot more attention, but this one seems to be kinda lost in time.
While this is an appreciated movie among fans of animation techniques, more people should see Redline. It's pure animation bliss.
Haibane Renmei. Such a beautiful short show that doesn't get enough love.
