I like to combo my rice with stir fry! Or rather, combo my stir fry with rice...
My favorite is a nice, thick sauce of garlic, ginger, sesame, soy sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, and flour, and whatever veggies and meat I have.

Canned tuna. It's the greatest thing to have on rice and I'd highly recommend it.

I like putting furikake, butter, soy, and a fried egg on my rice. Especially katsuo furikake.

This 100%! Scrambled, over-easy, and boiled are all fantastic with rice (particularly Jasmine rice)!
Oooh! Forgot to add that those are good with sticky rice, too! Absolutely delicious!
