TOPIC | free mapmaking software?
I'm working on building my own fantasy multiverse, and I want to know every little detail about it. But I can't quite do that without maps. My only map is of a single continent, and I made it in MS Paint. It sucks and I can't draw at all, as you can't see. So, does anyone know any good mapmaking software I can download and use offline? Thank you =) Here is the awful map I made. The pointy bits are supposed to be mountains, and the black dots are the sites of towns and cities and such. i really like star wars ok
@EdwardKenway

I use Inkarnate. It works better for little maps, but it does the trick if you need to know where biomes are.

This is pretty basic, and useful really only for terrain, but it might give you a bit of inspiration.
The upside is that there's basically zero learning curve.

there's also this version if you want something more modern-looking though again, towns are all you.. and it has a bigger learning curve but still not much
