I haven't seen this one yet, but...
Godbeast Megazord (from around 2009), a Chinese series that took design elements from Zyuranger/Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

It is even more obvious in the toys since the Godbeast Megazord parts fit an MMPR/Zyuranger Megazord/Daizyuzin.
They did a bit of alteration for the more recent entry of the series (I think 2016), though it still looks pretty close.

Honestly I feel like this counts somehow, its quality is that of a knockoff and it doesn't have the "Avatar" series title

I seriously cannot help but snicker whenever I see that cover. It looks like an egg with a lion’s face.
I do not think I have seen any straight-up ripoffs, but one awful movie I really hate is Aqua Tales. It is very obscure to the best of my knowledge, and the reason I know about it is because my family got a hold of someone who gave us pirated movies and my brother made my mom and I sit through that mess a bunch of times before he finally forgot about it. I later found the disc and wrote something to the effect of “DON’T WATCH THIS MOVIE!” on the bottom of it. I think we later just threw it away before we moved over a year ago. Look it up if you [s]dare[/s] wish...
I have never personally seen it, but Izzie’s Way Home looks awful and it apparently a spoof of Finding Nemo. I cannot post a picture easily because I am on a tablet, sorry.

Ah, I remember watching Antz when I was little.. it still leaves me terrified to this very day :,)

I have no idea why, but I've always wanted to watch this one. Again, no clue as to why. Don't know if there's even an episode available [in this country since some sre restricted depending on such] on Youtube or not, but still. SOMETHING about this. God, I've always lived for bad knockoffs. I feel like some of these characters (namely the dark cloud and the... moon? Rice ball? Whatever the thing in the front is supposed to be?) could pass off as Inanimate Insanity (etc.) characters or something, to be honest. I also love the fact the URL says 'terrible_tv_and_web_shows'.
I also once saw one of the 4-in-1 bootleg movies (with the Pocahantas, PussInBoots, cant remembe the other two). wish i could've gotten it, pfff
