I was wondering if any rat owners had any special treats they give their rodent children.
My first rat babies are a year old this month and I wanted to bake/assemble a special treat for them.
Feel free to share ideas or recipes. :>

Toilet roll tube inners filled with their treats of choice, stuffed either end with tissue :D Egg boxes with treats in and closed are fun, too! You can also make a load of ratty suitable biscuits and treats like
these

:o Ooo, I didn't even know rats could eat honey. This sounds like a good sweet treat for a special occasion. :3
I snuggled Ezra for you (Ceridwen was sleeping) and I gave her a nice little pet on the head and she just fell right asleep.

We tried the toilet roll thing before, Ceridwen ended up chewing a hole into the side of the tube when she couldn't uncurl the ends. :'D

I use to give mine boiled eggs for special occassions but if you're looking for sweet? How about a banana muffin 'cake' with extra lil chopped toppings? Ooor do like a treat scavenger hunt in your playroom and see how long it takes to find them
