[nextcol] Champions of Berk is a Player vs. Player game mode that pits a team of three dragons against each other.
Each player will take turns controlling the attacks their Dragon uses. More powerful attacks can be used by using AP (Attack Points), which build up as the round goes on.
Not all Dragons are able to Brawl, you'll be able to pick from a list of Dragons you own that can brawl to make up your team.
As you win Brawl you accumulate Trophy Points that will raise you to the next level. Winning a brawl grants you 30 trophy points and a token pack. Losing takes away 5 trophy points. Ending in a draw will result in no effect on your point total.

[columns]
[nextcol]The aim of each Brawl is to eliminate all of the opponent's dragons before they eliminate yours. Upon winning a brawl, players receive packs that can be unlocked in 3, 8, or 12 hours. The pack you get is random, but what's inside of it will depend on the color outside and how long it takes to unlock. Each pack contains tokens, and collecting them raises your dragons level in the brawl setting, increasing it's stats with each level up.
One can also obtain a Chief Pack twice a day, earned by defeating 10 Dragons in brawl (losses count).
The Pack Ranks are as follows:
3 Hour Bronze Packs : The most commonly obtained pack. Contains lowest amount of tokens. Unlocks in 3 Hours.

[columns]
[nextcol] Training and Leveling up dragons is important to upgrade your Berk. The higher your dragons are leveled, the more resources they'll be able to gather at once, and they can gather longer.
Leveling is done by feeding dragons fish, then every two levels gained by fish, you send your dragon to a training building to level up an additional level. The higher the level being gained, the longer time it will take to train.
Training dragons in the Academy is the most common form of training. Sending dragons to the academy uses wood, and training can take anywhere from a few minutes to days, depending on the dragon and its level.
Titan Training is unlocked when you get a dragon to level 51. You unlock Valkas titan training area, and you can send your dragons there to hopefully obtain Titan status.
When a dragon is done training with Valka, you'll spin a wheel. If it stops with the pointer on the orange slice, your dragon will become a titan, and possibly change form to display this.
If Titan training is not successful, you will be given a compensation gift of either fish or runes, and will be able to try again with increased odds of success.

Champions of Berk
Gameplay

|
Champions of Berk is a Player vs.

Token Packs
|
The aim of each Brawl is to eliminate all of the opponent's dragons before they eliminate yours.
8 Hour Silver Packs : Rarer to obtain than Bronze Packs. Contains a medium number of tokens. Unlocks in 8 Hours.
12 Hour Gold Packs : Rarest to obtain, drop less than Silver or Bronze. Contain the most tokens. Unlocks in 12 Hours.
Chief Pack : Defeat 10 Dragons to open immediately. Can only get Two (2) in a 24 Hour time span.

Defending Berk
Gameplay
|
Defending Berk against invading ships is a game mode released in December of 2014.
To be able to play it, you need to have a minimum of two (2) dragons at Level 12.
The main story of the Battle game play, is based on defeating fleet after fleet of ships that are closing in on Berk, owned by Drago Bludvist the dragon trapper.
As you play through battles, depending on how well you do you can earn up to three (3) keys, which can be used at the end of the battle to unlock chests containing Runes, Collection Items or Materials.
You can send out a maximum of five (5) dragons to assist you in your defense against Drago. The amount of dragons you are able to send out at once depends on the level of your Meade Hall.
|
Catapult
|
The catapult is a building used during battles to help defend Berk.
It is used to fire flaming boulders at enemy ships.
The catapult is good at taking out small ships for extra energy. Dragons are more effective at taking out large ships.
The catapult can be upgraded up to Level 8, dealing a maximum of 52 Damage.
You level up the catapult by defeating fleets. After defeating a certain fleet, you unlock the next upgrade level, allowing your catapult to do more damage.
|

Defender Dragons have more Health and Fire Damage than their normal counterparts. You may own more than one (1) of each defender dragon.
All Dragons will have stats when it comes to battling the fleet. Dragons are divided into 3 different battle classes.
Attacker Dragons (Red Fire) deal high damage but have low health.
Health Dragons (Green Heart) deal low damage but have high health.
Sharpshooter Dragons (Yellow Target) deal medium damage and have medium health but can attack from further away.

Training and Leveling

|
Training and Leveling up dragons is important to upgrade your Berk.

Collections

|
Collections can be completed to obtain Dragons, Resources, and Runes.

-- Trader Johann's Ship --
