Whenever I try to use Paint Tool Sai, the lines always come out jagged rather than smooth. I'm using the pen tool and I don't think that it's supposed to make pixelated lines.
Am I doing something wrong? Is it because my graphics tablet doesn't have pen pressure? Any help will be appreciated!

Could be the brush settings. I could share mine with you.
Try making the canvas at least 800x800.
And yes, if your tablet doesn't have pen pressure then I highly recommend you install the necessary drivers because without pen pressure there is pretty much 0 point to having a tablet.

Try ink pen, small circle, 100% density, on the side above size there should be a box with a little hill advancing to a square, try to change that to the little hill, advanced settings quality 4 and edge hardness 100. At the top put your stabiliser high, I sometimes use S-5, but I usually use 10 for drawing and 3 for sketching. 0 is just crazy wobbly.
Draw a line, see how pixelly it is. Sai doesn't really do pixelly lines on its own, so it's probably a setting you're using.

I don't think the canvas size is too small, I usually do 1000 x 1000 pixels.

My tablet doesn't have any drivers, it's just one that you plug in to the computer.

I'll try and see how that works, thanks!

Did you buy it new or second hand? I bought my tablet second hand and had to download the drivers myself. (Didn't even realize I had an issue until a year after I owned it.. >.>)
Anyway, if you bought it new I'd think it would come with a disc to install drivers, but either way, I did a quick search, and found the download drivers page on their website.
I'd say try installing the drivers met for your tablet, if it doesn't work can just uninstall so no harm in trying right? lol

I bought it new and it didn't have any disk or anything like that. I've been told that the specific tablet I have doesn't have any dirvers at all.
