I was going to name my Rowlet Arin after Arin Hanson because he has that hair flip as Dartrix, but I have a tradition of naming my starters something Spanish, so I named him Gael after Gael Garcia Bernal, one of my favorite actors :D

I wanted to call my Litten Kenma after a Haikyuu character he resembles, but that goes out the window as soon as he evolves. I have an Alolan Meowth named Kuroo with the same reasoning, though.

Females are rare. Some people soft reset just to get one. My friend got sun and moon. And she got a female litten and a female rowlet without having to soft reset. I was shocked.

knightiss 1/8 chance of female starter 12.5% so not stupidyly rare :p i know someone who apparently started with a shiny female rowlett, no SR's at all, now THAT is rare! getting a shiny is rediculously rare in itself around <1/4500 and then times that by 8 and you get the odds of 1/36000 and bear in mind the odds reset everytime and that there is no guarentee that SR'ing 36k times will not guarentee you a shiny female so that is absolutely bliming rediculous! so yea xD imagine that happening xD
