BonnieBug and I are! I haven't read the books and watched the new series, but I've watched HTTYD/2 and my god... Nothing could take my attention away from them. I almost cried at various parts in both of them, and for me, that's a surefire sign that it's a great movie. c:

Waterrain:
YEEEEEEEEEEEEES.
It's one of my favorite animated film(s)! I like the first better than the second, but both are great and I can't wait for the third. ^^
I've also read the books and have the ninth book waiting to be read. I keep forgetting, though. BTW, If you read the books, they're almost NOTHING like the movies except for some character names, but I'd recommend them, because they're really fun and has some awesome villains that weren't in the movies.
Never seen the TV show, though.

@MythGriffin24
I do love awesome villains :D and I would suggest watching the Tv Show ;D it's great/hilarious along with having some touching moments.
Dragons: Race to the Edge (Which is Season 3 of the Tv Show) Ep 5 Big Man On Berk is one of the best episodes *Have quite a lot of favorite episodes*: Here's a little sneak peek (This is towards the end of the episode)

I actually read the books that were out long before the first movie came out (I've always been supr obsessed with dragons) and they're still some of my favorite books to date :D By now I've read all that are out and I'm eagerly awaiting the release of the 12th and final book.
The series is definitely very different from the movies, and since they're written for the 10-12 age group they may seem super ridiculous at times. While at first sight it seems that only the names are similar between the two mediums, they actually take a lot more from the books, it's just more subtle. As the series goes on, there are more tidbits and parallels that can be found (I've thought about this WAY too much if you couldn't tell XD)
Anyways HTTYD3 when it releases in 2017 is supposed to tie back into the books A LOT, so I highly recommend reading them within the next two years
I've seen the Cartoon Network show, and I must say from what I've seen the stories are good but the animation and rendering is horribly inconsistent. I haven't seen the Neflix series yet but I've heard good things :)
I've got the soundtracks to both films and it's gotten to the point where I can listen to them and know exactly what's going on at each beat; I don't even need the visuals anymore, but they're still half the fun :P
So yeah. I guess you could say I love How to Train Your Dragon XD

@BonnieBug I'm also glad they moved it to Netflix's :D (I watched the Third Season in almost one sitting xD and afterwards I was like T.T I finished it already...)
@Saeledheldes Yes you do need these in your life :D
@Ivy25bb The third season on Netflix is a great improvement :) from the ones on Cartoon Network. Well sadly T.T the release date for the HTTYD3 has been pushed back to June 29, 2018.
@Hanelli I'm still sad about Stoick T.T *Parts of the movie had me teary eyed* and in the third season (Dragons: Race to the Edge) he still among the living..

I am saving the netflix episodes because I don't want to run out and I wanna finish Digimon first. I watched the first two and they are really good. Dagur reminds me of BBC Moriarty.
