I have a fear of wet bread.
It is really pathetic, considering that other than that I am pretty much fearless. I could skin and gut a dead animal, but I cant touch moist grain products. Really, it is all wet food, but bread is the worst. I feel so disgusted and cant even look if someone else touches it. My family is always getting mad at me because I often refuse to do dishes because of this stupid phobia. I have ended up gagging after accidentally coming into contact with something floating in the dishwater.

Phobias are rough. I myself have Simantrophobia, fear of church bells. Well, any type of large bell, actually. It also extends to clocktowers and grandfather clocks. D:

... Severe emetophobia and an unnamed fear of bones
Yes, you read that right, I'm scared of freaking bones
I can't look at human bones without freaking out/curling in a ball/feeling incredibly fragile
Biology lessons with fear of bones = Not the most pleasant thing

I have a bit of claustrophobia. I say a bit because I'm fine if I'm in, say, a closet. But a room without windows, or worse still,
underground, and I will have a panic attack.

Sidegrinder *shivers* My JROTC instructor has pictures of those things... They are creepy

Dang, I didn't get pinged that you guys commented D: Sorry about that.
Fear of wet bread though? That's understandable, honestly. It's just gross imo. And claustrophobia, I've felt a bit of that before, too.
I'd like to hear more about the church bell thing, though. It sounds interesting, I wonder why there's a fear of those?

I'm scared of the idea of going into the deep sea in a submarine or anything similar (which is kinda ironic because I adore deep sea creatures and I'm also in water flight and am excited for my dragon lair to get the deep sea expansion)... I think it's because it could be dangerous. I was also mainly afraid because the pressure is so intense it can kill you instantly. And the idea of going scuba diving and going a little too deep so that you go into the deep sea is scary because I'm not sure whether it would be possible to know when to stop. This is why if I could have any superpower, it would be to be able to breathe both underwater (on my own, as in my body filtering the oxygen for the water like what a fish does) and out of water (to avoid the problem caused by gills only working underwater) and to survive any pressure from the ocean or deep lakes.
I am also terrified of the idea of having to go into outer space, because it seems so unnatural and dangerous. That is why I will never go on one of those space vacation thingies.

You are not alone in this at all, I have this exact same thing. Weirdly, I was able to watch the first Sharknado movie without much problem.
I'm terrified of sharks, the ocean, and everything that lives in the ocean. Basically.

It's called Spectrophobia. The description is pretty similar, it's people that have a fear of seeing something horrible or morbid.
Agh, now I'm starting to feel paranoid. xD

trellia HOLY CRAP I used to have that fear when I was younger! I couldn't stand looking up at things like balloons, I'd get scared. It went beyond blimps and things, though, it was pretty much just looking up at anything really tall. I took gymnastics and couldn't do a somersault because I had to look up at the really tall ceiling when I performed one. I couldn't fly kites, either, or look up at tall buildings or fireworks. I got over it a couple of years ago.
I don't really have any PHOBIAS though. Someone mentioned a fear of mirrors; I totally get that. I'm afraid that if I look in the bathroom mirror I'll see something creepy. I can push it out of my mind, though, so it isn't a big deal for me. But I developed this really weird fear that I'm going to go into my room one night and some stranger is going to sit up from my own bed, or something. I'm really strange XD

I'm so sorry you have to suffer from this phobia! I feel you, I really do.
I have had a very strong fear towards whales for as long as I can remember. I even saw nightmares where I fell into a deep pool of water and every time an orca, and later a shark, came to gobble me up as an appetizer. As years went on, the phobia escalated and I now also fear those freaky deep sea creatures as well as common sharks. Even the thought of swimming next to a harmless tuna scares me! Just seeing pictures of these water creatures gets me to the point of fainting and I'm not even kidding. My friends think it's silly and they sure know how to have fun with that, but for me it's a serious thing. Swimming in a lake can prove to be difficult when I can't see the bottom because I have this irrational fear / thought of bumping into sharks or whales. Now, I know it's definitely not possible but a fear is a fear. I start panicking.
Oh, and whale eyes. I can't stand seeing whale eyes. I don't know what it is about them but they just scare me so much. Somehow I always end up thinking how huge they are and what if I was inside a submarine and a whale pressed its freaking huge eye into one of the windows. I think I would die on the spot. It annoys me because there are so many wonderful drawings and paintings of marine life but I can never take a proper look at them because of my fear. ._.
