hello again! im trying to figure out if i've misunderstood something or found an issue
i'm using this target morphology: https://www1.flightrising.com/scrying/predict?breed=13&gender=1&age=1&bodygene=42&body=44&winggene=42&wings=67&tertgene=105&tert=23&element=6&eyetype=0 (ivory/rose/sky)
in AB14 this morph: https://www1.flightrising.com/dgen/preview/dragon?age=0&body=75&bodygene=10&breed=15&element=6&eyetype=1&gender=0&tert=145&tertgene=11&winggene=11&wings=66&auth=2072df8ac16711d59e164c8d96262a6ec1e7a6de&dummyext=prev.png
in F36 this morph: https://www1.flightrising.com/dgen/preview/dragon?age=0&body=139&bodygene=0&breed=1&element=9&eyetype=3&gender=1&tert=23&tertgene=0&winggene=0&wings=163&auth=61844ca35a3ad706eb3459a7e00e18fe2f3c1a15&dummyext=prev.png
in hatchling probability mode, this pair shows 0.014 which sounds about right.
but recently i thought maybe a range in the tert is fine. so i changed the tert options - i checked off B6 and changed from "Sky" and "Color2" to "Periwinkle" and "Sky".
logically, this should increase my chances of getting a target hatchling, right? im giving a 5 color range for the tert, and both of these parents are already within the range. but this makes the probability 0.0001596 instead (adjusted number formatting so i could see more digits).
i have a bunch of other dragons in the sheet, and some do have their probability go up with a range, but multiple others do not, so its not just something with these 2. here's a pair that does go up with that range -
https://www1.flightrising.com/dgen/preview/dragon?age=0&body=44&bodygene=11&breed=11&element=6&eyetype=2&gender=1&tert=96&tertgene=10&winggene=12&wings=85&auth=ebea45afaa177d308444c4d730398409ae893e49&dummyext=prev.png
https://www1.flightrising.com/dgen/preview/dragon?age=1&body=139&bodygene=82&breed=6&element=8&eyetype=3&gender=0&tert=22&tertgene=6&winggene=12&wings=67&auth=4c16db254f84fe22813350059b9adedcb2238035&dummyext=prev.png
apologies if im just doing something wrong! and sorry if any of this is short/terse, not intended at all but dealing with something that makes typing take much longer than usual
