I'm a bit new to posting on the forums, but I thought I should put my thoughts out and say that from what I could research Fire, Arcana and Water is the best elemental match-up for a coliseum team, at least from my minimal experience I've had here. I say this as after looking at various element strength and weakness charts these three elements were the only ones to not overlap in Weakened attacks or Critical hits. I should note I'm not taking into account the frequencies of certain elements in the various venues, this is just an observation I had made and didn't see many others mentioning this.
I may move this to discussions if it seems like this will be more of a conversation than a "What's the best elemental typing".

The table above is a basic view of who is good against what. Don't mind the bolded sections that is just for my own use for my current coliseum team x3.
From here it can be noted that if you mix and match elements for a while, the only three that won't have any strengths or weaknesses overlap is this:

If any of you have critiques or questions or suggestions I'm entirely open to them, I recognize I have a lot to learn x3.

From my experience i liked the combo of water, lightning, and wind. It works really nice agaist the encounters in the coli, there is advantage in increased damage - like a arcane is upper lightning but wind has upper to arcane.
It works really good with one mage too.
