Bit late, but it looks like Arcana Crystals Chest drops from Spotted Fauns in Blooming Grove. I'm pretty sure I was up against just a Spotted Faun and an Aspen Gall Dryad.

Sorry to bother, but I dont think the volcanic vents should be the best because if it is the best venue for festival currency, it appears to be the worst?

These results are based on over 1,000 elemental and 1,000 neutral encounters in Volcanic Vents, see the Festival spreadsheet for details. Remember that you need a certain battle timing (5.40 battles/minutes) to get 95 currency/hour.
