You need Scratch + Eliminate or Rallied Eliminate for each monster in Ghostlight Ruins, while you can one-shot Eliminate all the monsters in Harpy's Roost except Aviars (at 133 STR), see the currency/hour column. But Ghostlight Ruins is better for finding chests.
