No food (only keep anything used for anything else), familiars, useful battle stones, and runestones. I also try to avoid handing over anything used in trades and whatnot, but sometimes I don't remember. Most of the time I don't mind forking over an apparel item if a) I have duplicates, or b) I'm never going to end up using it anyway.

I also dont give the rare stuff for missions and things ive been grinding for :>

Depends. During notn, I give her everything but eliminate and boss fams. She's one of the reasons i try to keep at least three of every commonish familiar in my hoard.
However, I only trade with her during notn and festivals. Thing is, I have more stuff than i know what to do with and other than trying to keep a stack of everything in case it becomes a hibden unlock or a brew item in the future, i pretty much already have everything I want from swipp and the hibden, and I don't have the time or patience to look up the price of every little trade.

The few times I peeked in the reward never seemed to be more than pennies worth of treasure, and I know Crim is notorious for asking for very valuable things. It's not even slightly worth the risk or time for me.

Basically everything that I know isn't valuable lol. She asks for so many elemental attacks and battle stone fragments that I just toss them all her way without thinking, I don't really use them. For most everything else I avoid giving her anything I know I might need/is valuable, but other than that she can take everything off of my hands. The only thing I'm really more strict with is familiars, but that's just because I want to make sure I don't accidentally sell the only copy I have (I keep all my awakened fams in the vault, anything unawakened is in my hoard), I just make sure to check that I either have more than one or it's already awakened and in the vault before giving any to her
