@phatcat
Veilspun are the smallest, with the largest known veilspun being 1.35m (4'5") long and the smallest being 0.38m (1'3") long.
Although I don't know of a place listing average values, there is this thread: Largest and Smallest Dragons, which lists the largest and smallest known dragon of each breed. They don't have everlux yet because they're so new, but they have records on all the other dragons.
Rough length ranges (some dragons are larger or smaller within the ranges, you can check the thread for more detailed info)
Around 1m: fae, veilspun
Around 1-2m: dusthide
Around 2-4m: tundra, spiral
Around 3-6m: nocturne
Around 4-8m: mirror, snapper, pearlcatcher, skydancer, wildclaw, bogsneak, banescale, aberration, aether
Around 8-13m: coatl, sandsurge
Around 10-20m: guardian, ridgeback, obelisk, fathom, gaoler, undertide, auraboa
Around 20-30m: imperial

@dawnsilence,
Thanks for the info, I got an achievement for a small fae and I was wondering if it was considered a tiny or just a small dragon.

@phatcat No problem!
Fae and veilspun are (I believe) the only two breeds capable of hatching small enough to get the achievement, but with fae being larger than veilspun it is rarer to get the achievement from a fae!
Dragons will grow from the time they hatch to the time they hit "true" adulthood--this is not the day their PNGs grow up, but the day that they are first capable of breeding. That's 15 days for a fae. So the fae will be larger as an adult than they are now, but personally I would call them tiny :)
There used to be a glitch that caused breed-changed bogsneaks and nocturnes to have the size of fae. They are sometimes referred to as tiny dragons because they are so much smaller than other dragons of their same breeds. The glitch was fixed, but dragons that were already tiny-glitched remained the same tiny size that they already were. (The thread disqualifies them so they don't affect the studied size ranges)

@dawnsilence
I do have a couple of bogsneaks and nocturnes that were the size of fae's and are glitched but I was kinda thrown cause I thought it had been fixed. ok well I saved the link and thanks so much for the answers to my questions.
