I'm not sure but I do think it is the most suitable and probably the most predictable recolor we've gotten. I don't think anyone thought it would be anything but black and red, it just makes sense.

Honestly it's probably gonna be my most used one if I can get a few. I really like spider lilly aesthetics and red ones are kind of like.... THE type you see most often, especially in anime and the like. Expected and liked.

My first thought was definitely "wow, that was fast," but I'm also completely thrilled for it. I have personal significance with red spider lilies, so the dragon I have to commemorate that relationship is immediately getting one and I can't wait to see who else is going to get one.

but also i think they're aware of how many people were REALLY REALLY wishing for one with red lilies. like when the item dropped i do remember a lot of people who really liked the item but couldn't use it for the dragons they wanted specifically because they needed red.
so i could very well see them quietly bumping it up the recolor priority list as a lil treat

I usually buy one recolour per fest just because completionist, but I grabbed three of these. I love it.
I love it, super obvious but I bet plenty of fandragon lairs are over the moon
