Ok, so I'm obsessed with my second 1st Gen Fathom, Ardorus! She fits my clan just immaculately and one of the Brightshine Jubilee skins from this year just makes her [i]ABSOLUTELY AMAZING[/I] JUST LOOK AT THIS DESIGN I CAME UP WITH!!!

But I forgot to get on the last day of the fest and missed out on getting the skin for her!!! Usually I'd just say c'est la vie and move on, BUT SHE JUST LOOKS SO PERFECT!!! I already have the funds to buy it from the AH, but I have a million other projects that I'm also working on, so I'm just wondering if I should wait for the price to drop as more and more people start selling this skin, or just cut my losses in case it only becomes more rare with time passing?

Most holiday accents/skins jump up in price immediately after the festival and then slowly trend down before slowly rising up again imo-- that's why I stopped investing in them xD I think the smart thing to do would be to wait but I understand the excitement of a new project.
But at the current prices i see on the AH, yea I think waiting would be smart since some old accents from 2016-2019 aren't that expensive.

Though the only thing I'd add is that since this is a skin with fairly popular aesthetics and is one of the first/earliest fest skins for a new modern breed, the demand might be very high and might stay like that for a while. Might because the economy of items is a fickle beast, but I personally wouldn't be too surprised if this accent in particular only goes up ;o; but you should probably get more insight before investing!
