dragon bios 100%!!!
I also used to keep a wishlist, but I haven't been upkeeping it lately unfortunately. but all scries are in dragon bios, as well as the scrying workshop's saved scries and in my dressing room :)
edit: here's a few random examples! I have a very regimented system :)

i just keep them in their bios ^^
if there's a lot i need to remember especially if i'm rushing i might just write down some personal notes somewhere but usually bios work fine!

I usually keep them in the scrying workshop, and I delete the finished ones as a way to keep track of which projects still need genes. Like you, I also put the links to the scry and outfit in their bios. I find it tedious at times when I have to go to both the scrying workshop and bio to delete the scries, but it's really no big deal.
