In all seriousness, what are your most ambitious projects? Alternatively, what was/is your most frustrating project?
I'm currently trying to breed for 2 'rare' color combinations with my Imperial pairs, and it's cost me quite the pretty penny trying to find dragons suitable for it.

I think... My most ambitious project is
all of my g1s. May 2nd, the day before I hatched a bunch of eggs, I calculated just how much I would need (only in gems) to pay for all of my g1s to be completed. I didn't factor in the treasure genes or items, only the gem genes/gem items. It came out to over 93,000g. I've since added several more g1s to that. I've spent... Over 43,000g on my g1s so far, I believe! This delights me to no end and I have an insane amount of fun with it and find it super funny just how much of a price tag these critters have. Diligently and patiently completing them.
My most frustrating project is definitely getting Shinichi and Conan fandragons from the same parents. I wanted ice primary, the same blue-ranges sec for both of them, dark blue or black-range tert for Shinichi (due to Yukiko and Yusaku, the parents' colors, it's going to be a black-range tert), and a red-range tert for Conan. Also they have to be imps. There are a few that I've gotten that I'm considering (specifically this
JimmyKudo born on... Shinichi's birthday).
But I Am In Misery.

Imperial breeding is an absolute nightmare. I always try for a noc or higher rarity when it comes to their mates if I can't get another imp, preferring a higher rarity, but. it's a nightmare through-and-through.
They really did tie everything together nicely!!!
I'm up to 35 project dragons, totaling 7,835,000 treasure and 37,600 gems according to the tracker I just now updated @_@ (and this doesn't include genes I've *already* applied, so, the overall cost of some dragons is certainly higher)

i'm not a g1 lair by any means but i do have a few ... and plus some g2+ dragons i need to regene because of how rare their gene + color combos are. honestly though, its definitely something to look forward to doing and something that keeps me busy! if i don't have an immediate project on hand i find myself very bored LOL. i'm wishing you lots of luck on your projects! dragon breeding can be very frustrating but also rewarding. :)
the one i'm working on atm is this fella. he's an oldie that i just wanna regene so i can give him a (hopefully) permanent home with me. his colors had so much potential even though i know how much he's gonna cost me ... just 2 more genes to go though! [emoji=new friend size=1]
