this is so me when i see the cutest little button of a hatchling and take it home and be so sad when it grows up because it may be pretty as an adult however i much liked the hatchling art for it

I have two permababies and they're not a waste to me. Then again, in lore mine also aren't really hatchlings, they're just using the guise of hatchlings. I'd happily have more too once I finish up a bunch of other projects. For me I think the appeal is that it's another dragon pose to work with. Sure, they don't have apparel, and I do hope that eventually permababy skins will be a possibility, but I still enjoy as they function now.

I don't see the appeal in covering each dragon with apparel, but people do it, and I understand they do it because they like how it looks. People with perma-babies like how they look. Babies are cute.
