Hi!
I just joined today, and I really like it here so far, it seems really cool! I've been looking around in the scrying workshop and there are so many neat dragons. I was wondering, what are your favourite breeds and why?

welcome to FR ! :)
My favorite are Ridgebacks ! I love how their very classic "western dragon" body is counterbalanced by their original and amazing long snoot. They look like goblin shark !

Welcome! I hope you enjoy your time with us.
I started out with a Fae as well. My favorite dragon breeds are Veilspuns, Coatls, Obelisk, and Skydancers because I love their aesthetic, and I like the way some colors/genes look on them compared to the rest of the breeds. However, I do prefer some genders over others just based on their pose. I love Skydancers, but males are kind of boring to me; I find Obelisk females dull and hard to work with, but I love the males.
One thing to keep in mind is that down the road, you'll probably change your mind on some species and gender poses as you become more familiar with the game, and decide on what theme, if any, you want in your lair. An example for me is Snappers. I hated Snappers during my first year, but then I got a female, and I realized that they are gorgeous with certain genes like Glimmer. I still hated the males, but I decided that wasn't fair, and so I bought some males, and now I like them.

Skydancers and undertides are the only dragons I keep right now.
I like skydancers because they are long elegant and agile. I like undertides because they inspired lore for me for the first time in a long time. But for me Undertides are primal and are more like mounts my dragons ride. They bond to other dragons to create a symbiotic relationship.

I like so many but if I had to pick a few it'd probably be wildclaws, coatls and gaolers. I have so many wildclaws. I just came back from a couple year break so I don't have many of the new breeds yet.

i like nocturnes because they're the most dragony to me but they're also lil bats. they were also the most wyvernlike before banescales. speaking which, i love banescales because they're wyverns.
i also love coatls and undertides. probably because they're snakelike. i dunno. they're just neat. [emoji=undertide tongue size=1]

Welcome to flight rising! Glad you’re enjoying your time here so far!
I really like aberrations right now, along with faes; I’m thinking of getting more of both of them after I figure out how I want to downsize my lair, actually. The M poses on both of them just really strike my fancy.
Other than that, it’s hard to come up with a definitive list, but I also like spirals, gaolers, bogsneaks, and nocturnes. Can’t go wrong with any of those breeds :)
