Maybe it wouldn't make any noise unless they're really excited... Or they could use the rhythm and pitch of the sloshing to make a kind of language.

Canonically they don't have any actual colored liquid in their belly and it's just a thin layer on top plus some magical illusions to make it look like it goes all the way through, but if we pretended they [i]did [/i]have liquid belly..

What if the small ones have to learn how to move around with juices always sloshing around, and baby capsule dragons are just extra clumsy because they're always getting knocked around when they try to move like a partially filled milk truck
