Somewhere around here? Right on the edge of the Wispwillow Grove, and the river allows access to the Sea, Nature, Light, Earth, and more, which is great for a trading city. Ngl the Murkmilow Close and Dusk Sanctum match my lore wonderfully and are gorgeous, but the river is more important I think.
