I know right! I recently made a thread like this and someone traded a bunch of purple and red a blue mats for all my greens. :)
I think that's just the nature of Baldwin. Right now, I need three green goo and one yellow sludge. (edit - No, I'm not asking.)
Because I specifically need yellow, the sludge I'm trying to make right now will be any color not yellow. That's just how it is. He seems to just know what we want then intentionally gives us some other color to be spiteful.

This happened to me a few days ago! I made a thread on Dragon Share about finally getting Jaguar on my progen, then an awesome person went and gifted me Rosette! It's unbelievable how kind this community is. Just... How? I played neopets for over a decade, and i haven't seen such kindness there, ever.

People try to be nice but it makes me feel bad.
But yeah I agree. Baldwin is bad sidjhdusosnxuaomzix. I always have to go to the auction house and hope for something worth my time.
