Bogsneak fin number isn't sexual dimosphism, they can actually have any number of fins :

Ah also, the long horn on both Nocturne adults are in the middle of the forehead, it's not a longer left/right horn. On the hatchling it's not grown yet. It has been confirmed by the admins I think!
