I've been looking at guides people linked in the forums and all of them say the Coliseum is the best way to get stuff and make money.
Do different dragons have different stats and stuff? Which ones are the best for the coliseum? I don't have a lot of money so I don't want to buy a bad dragon for it.
Thanks!

All dragons are equal in coliseum capabilities as long as they get a tincture of dissolution at some point and have the correct battle stones. Elements, on the other hand... Some are preferred in specific venues over others (ex arcane I believe is what
kelp beds mire trainers like) but honestly they don't matter too much either.

Breed doesn't matter, due to tinctures, but they do have different stats. Guardians, mirrors, Wildclaws, Imps, Spirals and nocs start out with scratch and shred, which is better than the others due to the Culex breed, which asks for physical fighters.
Also, Since the best way for money is to train a dragon to 25 for a mire flyer, Arcane Element is the best.

FebruaryWinds The different breeds start out with slightly different stats, but you can use a Tincture of Dissolution to re-set their stats (plus you assign their stat points every time they gain a level) so it isn't a big deal.
The element that the dragon belongs to can affect which Coliseum venue it fights best in. For example, Arcane dragons usually do well in the Mire.
If you haven't checked it out already,
Culex's How to Train Your Dragon has a lot of detailed information!

Oh ok, thank you! I can only go in the Training Fields right now. SO my Guardians are OK and I don't have to change them?
