Hey, everyone! I recently just got my hands on 1900 gems by selling my Imperial babies into slaver-to kind owners! I was wondering , what should get with them?
Circuit/Shimmer/Iridscent?
Wildclaw?
Or new dragons?
Honestly, I feel like I'm more prone to getting new dragons, (my Cygnus and Antares are lonely after I sold their children, :C) but at the same time, I feel like it'd be a waste to spend gems on something I could get with treasure. But also, dragon prices are so much higher than in beta! In beta, common breeds averaged 10k.
Also, what are you guys finding as the best way to earn treasure? Fairgrounds? Coliseum? Monopolizing genes/dragons? Or using gems to buy things worth selling?

For what it's worth, my gene-less starter dragons will cost 10,000 treasure. Always.
And 1900 isn't enough for a widlclaw. By the way.

Yeah, I know. But there are plenty of people selling gems, so I could easily get that 100 more.
Tell me when any of them are on sale, please. Thanks. >.>

I'd buy shimmer and a boon of fertility, or spend it all on more dragons :D

xD Any dragons I breed from here on out will be sporting genes actually. All the same, a starter dragon with two treasure genes will not cost more than 20,000 treasure. I intend to sell very many dragons to very happy customers...

Honestly, I wouldn't focus on getting a wildclaw just yet. They have a breeding cooldown of longer than a month (35 days). So unless you're dead set on one, I'd pass.
I bought iridescent and put it on my founder, and I might invest in shimmer as well. Though the chance of passing iridescent down to hatchlings is slim, those babies will still be a pretty penny when they do come.
Plus I think it looks nifty. Honestly, buy based on what you think is going to be the best investment. For me, Wildclaws, as cool as they are, just weren't that great of an investment for me at the moment. I want to have more breeding dragons than rare dragons to begin with.

Silver You're right. I need more dragons anyway, my imperials are on cooldown, so it's not like they could breed to pass on genes in the first place. Thanks!

I'm late saying this, but I agree with with pretty much everything Silver just said. And though it wasn't directed at me, I'd like to say thanks for the tips. ^^
More dragons are the way to go in my book.~
