Okay so basically Onyx roundhorns, red birdskull headdress, scarlet wooly antennae, and the brown wolf cape. If I had a black/red wolf cape it would look better but alas I don't.
Layer roundhorns over headress, antennea under roundhorn but over headdress, and wolfcape below it all!

That's what I was thinking! And what's neat is the roundhorn makes it look like the birdskull has a spike/spine on it's nose!
