I can see Treasure Planet being heavy Lightning due to the amount of sci-fi in it.

What about the movie 9 for lightning? Or maybe The Brave Little Toaster. I uh, really love animated movies. >_>;;; So I could certainly go on. Trying to think of a good one for arcane or fire. HMMMM...
Fire can be the scene in Fantasia with the dinosaurs and the volcano set to Rite of Spring
Also on the topic of anime films we could always go with Howl's Moving Castle for Arcane. You could also say MAYBE lightning but since everything is powered by magic and there's a huge steampunk-tech war going on I think you could make a strong case for Arcane.

Oh my gosh, I forgot about that awesome movie! The technology is really interesting and the characters are too. It definitely needs to go on the list.

Hmmmmmm, I haven't seen Howl's Moving Castle! I have only watched anime movies at the Japanese class at school I use to be in, because my parents would probably be weirded out by them. Oh well. Maybe I'll just watch anime movies on my laptop instead of the big television.
Anyway, 9 has been suggested by someone else as well! It looks slightly creepy, but fitting for the dark side of Lightning; when science goes terribly wrong.
The Brave Little Toaster seems a much milder movie from what I've read. However, a lot of the films that have been suggested I haven't actually seen; and I don't know what they're really like until I watch them.
