It always makes me a little sad, but! I did make a new friendly acquaintance because I liked the lore the parents of some fodder had, but didn't like that fodder enough to keep, so I asked them to let me know when they had new hatchlings because I wanted a dragon from them for keeps eventually, and they were a good sport about it~
