Obviously there's no option for your dragons to be wingless on the site, but let's say in one of your dragon's stories (or whatever. either way, character development) something happened to a dragon's wings to get them torn off or ruined to a point of no healing.
What do you think would happen, from there? Dragons fly, other than a select few. If you were a species based around flight, what would happen to your dragon?
Like... what about gathering, what about battle, what about social status? If you are often going up high and now you find yourself unable, and you are a smaller species (like a fae), you can't gather and battle like you used to, and maybe it could be seen as a great dishonor or something along those lines.

I think it would depend on the dragon. Snappers probably wouldn't miss much, but others would probably feel shame and that something was missing. They'd more than likely be treated as second rate - Maybe even below the familiars that can fly. Some will suffer depression or rage at not being accepted as a true/full dragon or at whatever happened to cause them to lose their flight in the first place. Others will just accept it and find a way to live with it. I think Spirals and Imps would probably be hit hardest by it.

Accessibility would suddenly become a problem, especially in wind flight. Earth would be okay because there are so many snappers, but most places would be tricky to navigate because they're planned around flighted dragons.

I feel like most clans would be supportive and try to help in any way they can. Like having a friend fly them around wherever they need to go for smaller breeds. Lightning probably has some sort of prosthetic business so that could be another option as well. Or magic.

As a water clan, lair accessibility wouldn't be an issue. Lots of things swim without wings! Then it's just a matter of only going places that you can swim to or walk to.
