when i begun playing i thought all plague and shadow players would be huge "edgy" nerds, and some are but in a good way! these ppl get super passionate about their dark lore and designs and it's pretty cool.
i also thought the earth flight was boring and that it's just full of dads making dad jokes. don't know enough earth ppl to know if my assumption is wildly incorrect :.D

gonna start out by blazing my own flight here: arcane sucks at dom. we do. we suck. and we're a little clique-y, too. then again i rarely post in the forum, but it's not as if we've had the cleanest reputation as of late. (on the flip side, we/they are generally kind people. + space. who doesn't love space?)

earth is super chill. so is ice.
nature probably has the most mature members.
lightning is very business-y (although that's just their aesthetic and one that I love, no less).
the others I haven't heard much from, and tbqh I've never paid attention to any specific characteristics linked to any specific flights. just goes to show that your flight in no way determines your character.
( unless, of course, you choose to act out it's characteristics. but that's cool too. )
