@azophel a lot of users were compiling new items from swip, chests, tumblr, forums and filling the gaps by browsing the site in a way the mods said is not approved. The original posts have been deleted, but some of us still have the data fragmented or not. That is what we are using to solve the puzzles. They are basic cryptograms, non shifting style.

I wonder what the Freshwater canals are referring to? The only map that seems to fit is Nature, though the scavenged scraps for that message came from Arcane...

@LilacDreams We do indeed! We can also assume that the map pictures are not 100% accurate and are likely from a very high up view, so smaller details like streams and little rivers wouldn't show up!

I'm guessing this is ether leading up to Adventuring, or is foreshadowing of the December event, or we're going to get some sort of Coliseum boss (maybe the leader of each humanoid group? So like, one battle, but with a super powerful opponent from each, so like, a Boss Maren, a Boss Aviar, a Boss Harpy, etc).
Assuming these are all current/recent pieces of paper lying about, and not stuff from the far past.
I think it's probably safe to assume a lot of humanoids don't take too kindly to dragons, these massive powerful beings roaming throughout the land and taking up what the humanoids probably see as their territory.
So assuming these are recent, it's definitely leading up to something. I think the December event is most likely, as we have no idea what that is, what it's gonna be about, etc.
And well... I find it kind of interesting how this has happened, and a few days back, we learned about Emperors (the mutated zombie Imperials), I don't know if these are connected but it's interesting how they've been revealed around the same time; or maybe the admins are just deciding to start reveal stuff now xD;
This is definitely the start of something very interesting, and I'm sad I can't decode and help out anything, other than throwing theories around.

I've got one that I don't think has been added yet! :D Unfortunately I'm not to savvy as far as posting the mouse over type picture thing and I'm on a mobile right now but it's called "Ripped-Up Papyrus Message" and it reads [NXLZE]. I believe it belongs with the blue pieces in the last row.^^ It says 1 of 7^^
