It's more like a curtain... made out of water. You want to go to the other side, but you also kind of don't...

Many different coloured ribbons are tacked onto the door. Why were they put there?

You turn to leave, but then decide to take the dragon back with you, 'cause, what if he starves and stuff, right? @Perlyreilth In the end, you decide to go through the "curtain of water," aka the waterfall. There, on the other side, you find an enormous cave. "Woah!" you exclaim, "This is so cool-- OUCH!" As you rub the back of your head, something clatters onto the floor. Looking behind you, you see that it's... A rock. No, not a rock. A skipping stone. [item= skipping stone] You walk around a bit more, and then, an hour later, you've collected a whole stack of them! And... somehow, you also got a scroll of renaming. [item= scroll of renaming] @Lynz You push the door open and you see a room filled with apparel! You know you shouldn't take them... but... you still do. Hopefully no one notices.
