I'm not sure if evil is the right word but more....sinister. Like she'd lead you down a dark ally way just to whisper sweet words into your ears and eventually just end you.

Kottara looks pretty sinister to me. Idk, the black okapi makes him look like he's been shade-touched or something. The cowl's effect on his eyes also adds on to this creepiness!
