A good place to start is to check on the Auction House. You can use search filters to help narrow it down to the dragons you're looking for!
When you say "pure white base", I'm not sure if you mean a dragon with a white primary (body color), or a dragon with entirely white colors (a white triple or white XXX).

You can't exactly change the colors of a dragon. You sort of can, using a [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/game-database/item/1566]Tri-Color Scatterscroll[/url], but this item randomizes all three colors, so it's not practical to use the scatterscroll to get a specific color dragon. You also can't change the element of a dragon.
You [i]can[/i] change the breed* of a dragon, as well as the three genes and eye type (common, rare, primal, etc)! If you want to turn a dragon into a guardian, you would use a [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/game-database/item/556]Breed Change: Guardian[/url] scroll. That can be bought in the Treasure Marketplace. I don't know if you have a certain gene in mind, but many genes are also available in the Treasure Marketplace, like [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/game-database/item/51491]Cinder[/url], for example. Other genes and breed changes can be found through the Gem Marketplace; the brewing and archaeology minigames; the Coliseum; or certain events.
*You can't turn them into an imperial, but all the other breeds have scrolls you can get.

Idk if this is a better/proper way to say ello/communicate but ello lunaris! I see you are up to ya albino shenanigans again- well sorta also seeing as your looking for a pure white guardian I managed to get one I THINK it's a male I needa double check tho my memory is horrible
