Geyanna isn't interested in a long-term relationship, but she is a flit to get her way. She probably heard about your clan through rumor, heard about the individuals the same way, had her interest piqued by some exaggerated story, had to verify it and tracked down someone who knows someone, who knows someone's aunt etc. to get a more true-to-life version of the tale, and [i]finally[/i] got an address to send a letter.

The contents would be flirty, appropriately exaggerated, teasing. (Hopefully not over the top, she's trying to reel him in.) If their correspondence continued, she would attempt to woo him into visiting.
Once he's visiting, well, she loves seeing him for the first time in person. He's handsome, just her type, but she already knew that because she did her research. She would love to have his kids around. She would love to have his kids.
After their fling, he goes home (she doesn't actually need [i]him[/i] around, they were fine long distance), she would still send letters with a flirty tone, but both would be well aware there's nothing more between them. Geyanna doesn't want to settle, and maybe he needs an alibi:[i] no sorry, he's got a sweetheart already, here's the most recent letter would you like to read? Here's the gooey bit, she's so embarassing . . . didn't you want to hear?[/i]
Or maybe they are just good friend thereafter. She sends him pictures of the kids and he keeps them in a little box, every picture, and when he's feeling tired or lonely, he opens the box and lets the smell of the parchment carry him away as he looks at their smiling faces.

I'll PM you closer to the end of the month and we can work out his travel arrangements later? Would love to know your lore idea for him at that point, maybe work something into the bios of the kids? idk, just ideas.

This is my Harmony. She's very sweet and shy, something you are saying that Shi Fei would need. She's also got a bit of a yin yang feel going on with her color scheme.
I wrote the lore that is in her bio, and I think a cross clan romance could be fun/interesting. I would also be interested in writing lore for any of your dragons, regardless on if you choose Harmony as one of their mates or not.
