The building seemed to be abandoned, apart from the odd staff member standing behind games tables, grinning and watching your every movement with an eerie quality to their eyes... [center][img]http://s21.postimg.org/j717dfug7/trickster_wheel_copy.png[/img][/center] As she pulls you around, you marvel at the exquisite decor and furnishings, the smooth jazz in the background and dainty lady Imperials carrying around platters of fine foods and delicate flutes of some bubbly liquid. They giggled shyly at you as the Coatl pulled you around, displaying all the things they had on offer. Towards the end of her small tour, you notice a darkened secluded corner where a heavy looking door and what seemed to be a credit exchange booth stood. The glimmering red hide of a Nocturne could be seen faintly in the darkness, the brilliance of his Light eyes standing in stark, ironic contrast with the rest of his surroundings. He seemed to be glaring at you- or perhaps it was Deceit, you weren't quite sure. Following your gaze, the happy look on Deceit's face clouded, turning mysteriously blank as she leaned in to whisper in your ear: [i]"That's Lucian. If you happen to run out of treasure here to play our games or find yourself in debt, he will gladly accept...[/i][b]tributes[/b][i]... in exchange for more tokens or money. But be warned... you will not ever see those dragons again."[/i] Straightening, Deceit plastered a smile on her face and urged you to partake in the games around and enjoy yourself- the Casino is a travelling one, you learned, and they will only be here for a week before moving on.

Each user gets only 1 spin during a spinning turn. If you fail, your Flight loses their next turn in the rotation.[/b] If you win, you get twice as long spinning time and the user who stole gets a second spin themselves. If the flight who stole was next in turn order, that turn is skipped.
