@Crescentdragon I have a super tropical Coatl pair to offer for your Water elemental :) I'll be selling hatchlings at 300K but you can reserve for 250K total with a 100K deposit.

They'll usually be IriShimCrackle but his mother does have gembond...if I get lucky.

& For your Wind - You mentioned Jade and Emerald as potential colors! I breed Emerald & Jade Coatls - the mother is Emerald/Emerald/Jade and the father is Jade/Jade/Emerald...so there's all manner of Jade & Emerald babies. I could put you on pinglist for them. Triples sell for ~600K, the others for 300-400K. (IriShimGembond Coatls). I'll show some potential color combos from previous offspring below
