*game show host voice* Alright folks, it's that time again! Actually it appears the only person with any dragons expiring this month is me. .-.
[i]But[/i] I've pinged you all anyways with important news! After careful consideration, I've decided that [b]The Orphanage will close permanently at the end of April.[/b] All dragons will expire at the end of April, after which we won't be accepting any new dragons.
I've been running the Orphanage for a little over two years now, and things have changed considerably in that time-- for example, people's attitudes toward exaltation and people's willingness to accept free dragons. Competition has grown, it's harder to keep a healthy flow of dragons, and I no longer have the time or devotion to keep it afloat. In short, the Orphanage no longer has a place in the dragon economy. But in the time it functioned the Orphanage was a helpful, wholesome service and a force to be reckoned with!
Lastly, if anyone wishes to "take over" the Orphanage, PM me! I won't help run it, but I can certainly let you use some graphics and bump the thread every once in a while!
