She isn't too fancy, but Sancia is a ghost necromancer working as a medic in an old western town. The people there think she's a little strange, especially with how she's only seen working at night, however she's the only one with enough knowledge on various diseases that they don't pry too much.
This also gives her access to cadavers she later reanimates; asking that the townsfolk bring her their dead so that she can use them to further her medical knowledge.
