Alright, how does this look? I kinda imagine the dragon that'd wear this outfit would be afraid of time, and due to adding the thorns I got the idea it'd be because of the flowers progressively growing on their wings/body.

It does originate from forum games actually! I don't remember who made the forum but I'll definitely get back to you when I find em.
Female Tundra, someone with a interest of nature and books. They're partially blind so they use a sickle to find their way around, and is experienced with plant life and what flowers are which by the textures.
