Once my lair finally starts bursting at the seams it will definitely be thanks to all the fodder dragons I kept or bought.
This one was my very first fodder rescue. He was the first dragon I ever bought on the AH, he was super cheap and definitely meant to be fodder (though I had no idea what fodder was at the time). He ended up becoming a beloved and pampered perman derg, adoptive son of my progens and powerful Shadow mage:

This guy here was meant to be fodder and sat in my lair for three years waiting to be exalted thanks to an unexpected hiatus. When I came back after said hiatus there were all these lovely new dragon breeds and I made the mistake of scrying him just to see how he would look like as a Veilspun. The result was that he stayed in my lair and ate all my gems and treasure, lol:
