This boy is particularly troublesome for me because of his rad colours and loud genes that make him appear kinda busy already. Busy is okay though, it just that I like to know what dragon I'm looking at and all the apparels I tried for him are creating a mess, rather than nicely tied outfit. :') I love combined headdresses, but not full coverage please, because male obelisks look weird in most full helmets. Tiaras, flowers, wreaths, jewels and halos are fine, though. He has no specific lore as for now, yet, so you have a free hand here.
