For sure my most obscure fandragon is Galehaut, from Arthurian legends. Literally obscure by modern standards too as he's often left out of adaptations. Likely because he's coded gay and has unrequited love for Lancelot in the story. If you want to read about him I recommend "Book of Galehaut"

kagege from keroro gunso, who is also my current icon dragon! i know that a bunch of people here recognize the series from their childhood, although afaik the episodes featuring him and the rest of the shurara corps have never been dubbed by funimation, so they remain a fairly obscure group of characters compared to the main platoon.

marona from maronas fantastic tale! its an amazing movie, although its not very well known. i reccommend it with my whole heart and soul, as the visuals, story and soundtrack are all amazing.

I haven't ever read the novel (s'abit harder to come across, unfortunately), but out of the anime and the manga I prefer the manga. Both in art style and story.

She's one of the main protagonists of The Bridge, about a spooky haunted bridge crossing the Atlantic Ocean, which has been in the middle of Season 1 for literal years. It's so erratically updated but so good, and Etta is one of my favorite characters in it and I don't think I've ever encountered anyone on this site who's listened to it.
