Source fits this role perfectly! He's a great-grandson of Naomi, and although he's a natural Plague dragon, he is very Arcane in personality, with a love for the stars and a deep curiosity about the world. I'd like to give him Constellation one of these days, when I can afford it. I also need to flesh out his lore more, it's been pretty bare-bones for a while.

Constelle is another dragon that would fit (and also who would benefit from Starmap and/or Constellation)! She wasn't born/hatched, but rather was created with alchemy from stardust, among other secret ingredients. She's an alchemist by trade, but she too loves the stars, considering them her parents, and sings to them at night in a strangely alluring voice...

And finally, we have Astra, who's cursed with vampirism, but who feeds exclusively from animals and generally stays away from other dragons to avoid harming them. She dwells in the Hewn City and is primarily an astrologer by trade, but she's also deeply curious about why the Hewn City is so dark, and delves into its ruins trying to uncover its secrets.
(I just realized that despite the fact that I LOVE Starmap/Constellation, I don't have a single dragon with it... >.>)
