I have a passion and love for this combo, especially when it is combined with cream/white/maize. I have given this subspecies lots lore, but ultimately you can still participate even without lore. The point of this subspecies is to help not only share creativity and lore with others, but to help spread this color/gene combo as it is absolutely stunning and everyone must know. You can register your dragons here to be apart of this subspecies, either just by themselves or included in the lore on the next page. The requirements will be posted on the third page. Suggestions and lore add-ons are always welcome as well! Please feel free to offer up ice and water nests as well, or help with breeding projects and gene projects. My goal is to not only spread a love for this specific type of dragon, but to hopefully be able to give some out as well to new players or in raffles. Thousands of years ago, they flourished in tribes. Now, after being hunted by both dragon and beast, the last true members have retreated to the icy caves that speckle the ocean's deepest crusts. [size=5]T[/size]hey are not the usual dragon, however. Long ago, it is said that the Icewarden received a gift from the Tidleord- a beautiful blue ridgeback, speckled in white and whos eyes glowed brighter than the sun itself. This dragon, named Silvanus had a gift; to bless any dragon with the same brilliant blue spotted coat he had. And thus, dragons traveled far and wide to be blessed with these wonderful coats. Not only were they lovely, but they protected any dragon from the cold- even the fire dragons could stand any snowstorm with their lovely new coats. Sadly, these coats came with a curse- the beauty they had was now desired by everyone. Their own fellow dragons would invade their camps and homes and kill them by the dozens for fur. And thus, with the population rapidly declining, Silvanus made a choice: Hide his people. He sent the remaining dragons down into the secluded caves below as flew off to find his own spot to slumber and hide. [size=5]N[/size]ow, they hide in the dark. While many mixed descendants roam the surface, only the pure ancestors of Silvanus's gift remain underground. Their religion has flourished however- the culture has thrived. in this secluded culture came rules. All that belong within the clans are never allowed to breach the surface, unless it is for an egg-hatching ceremony. This ceremony takes place once a year; 10 of the most devout dragons are permitted to leave the caves. They bring a single nest with them, and allow the babies to hatch on the highest mountain. These babies are said to blessed with the spirit of Silvanus. They hope one day he will return. All food, resources, and education is done out of these caves. While there are many secluded groups, they all work together in staying alive. The High Priests manage religion, warriors defend the caves' few exits, and crafters provide clothing and items to their people. These dragons, over the many years, have gathered some odd mutations that make them unique. All of them are either ice or water, and each has a fuzzy coat. Yes, even dragons who traditionally do not have hair have developed a soft touch to keep out the coat. Many of the largest breeds have gotten smaller over generations; to the point where a Thainlo Imperial is nearly half the size of their surface brethren. Is it allowed to make one of the mixed descendants that wander about the surface?
Yes! If you want to write lore for your dragon who is a descendant of the main 'pure' clan, go for it! Just know that if they don't meet all requirements they will be listed under the 'non-official'/breeding tab for now. You may still register them!

@MicMac03 I'm not much of a lore person but these are super pretty! I'd love a wildclaw or a gaoler but I don't have the lair space for a project right now, could I possibly be pinged if someone registers a pair that could make either of those?
