Lardel is an old man, his vision isn't very good at all. Even though he stays in his chamber a lot, he's still able to perfectly navigate through his library. His daughter Luminous usually bonds with him and reads him books and loves the time he gets to spend with his daughter. Being blind doesn't stop him from being sassy though.

I actually have quite a few with disabilities since it fits the theme with everyone being warriors. It doesn't bother them, though; they're only visibly disabled when they're in human or animal form unless they're blinded in one or both eyes, and even while they're human or animal they have bionic-prosthetic technology that replaces the nerves in their missing limbs [emoji=guardian happy size=1]
It seems like I have a lot, but where I can only get a few OC dregs at a time, I get my favorites first and work my way down. My favorites tend to be the most broken, apparently, perhaps since I connect to them more.
Jorgen first lost his right leg fighting off a rockslide to protect his then girlfriend. He later lost his left eye defending his wife from her assaulter.

Uimo here was born with a muscle and ligament deficiency (if anyone knows some real life ones that would work for him let me know.) He cannot walk without a cane and his leg braces, and still cannot fly despite his wing braces. He's also trans, and wears a fake horn to pass in public, he made it himself actually, he's very proud of it.

Darrin is completely blind, though he has the bizarre ability to "see" the past of other dragons when he touches them. Because of this he also has some pretty crippling social anxiety around large crowds, as it's difficult for him to not accidentally set off his powers in such a state. He works as the clan's librarian, and historian, keeping records of all important affairs. The more secret things, such as council meeting transcripts, he leaves in braille, unreadable by most of his fellow clanmates.

Velchana has PTSD surrounding a would-be attempt on her life, she barely survived it, and an odd form of magical scar on top of her PTSD. Due to the assassination attempt made with icy magics, if she cools down too much the killer frost returns, literally freezing her from the inside out. This magic, and the methods used to contain it (as well as some other issues caused by a botched breed change) cause her chronic pain, but through a support system of friends and medical professionals, as well as a healthy dose of stubborness, she leads a fulfilling and happy life.

This guy has a nervous system issue that causes uncontrollable trembling and twitching (again if any knows any real life equivalents i would really appreciate it) he also has a pretty heavy stutter. Him and Darrin hang out a lot, as he frequents Darrin's library to read almost everyday.

Edit: Oh i almost forgot! my random progen Ziirfiar is an amputee, he lost his right forelimb and uses a prosthetic instead, he had the designer add some sick claws to it so he can still hunt almost as well as he used to

Honorable mention to Kaarun as well, his son was hatched disabled and died in an accident while still a hatchling, the same accident where Kaarun lost both his hind legs. Kaarun makes prosthesis in his honour, with Velchana's help, and knowing he can make life a little easier for his disabled clanmates fills him with joy. He probably has PTSD from his accident as well, Velchana tries to help as best she can knowing what he's been through but he refuses to talk to the clan's therapist

While he doesn't have a lot of the same problems as he used to since becoming the plant hybrid creature he is now, he's still unusually lanky even for a spiral and deals with being nearsighted, having crowded teeth, a protruding breastbone, and the occasional flashback of medical trauma. He's also still very much double-jointed and loves getting a reaction out of people with it.
